The core consists of a Polyurethane foam (PU) underlay, protected on the top and bottom by industrial-grade polyethylene film. The PU foam layer spans the entire length of the cattle resting area, providing superior cushioning and thermal insulation. It is sealed with a wear-resistant rubber top cover (2–4 mm thick) that completely covers the underlay across the entire length of the stall row.
