Pulsator The Pulsator is a critical component of the milking system, responsible for alternating vacuum and atmospheric pressure within the teat cups. It is the pulsator's operation that creates the rhythmic liner pulsation, simulating the natural suckling process of a calf. How the Pulsator Works:
Controls vacuum and air supply to the teat cup chambers.
Ensures cyclic compression and relaxation of the milking liner.
Maintains a stable milking rhythm (e.g., 60:40 or 70:30).
Benefits:
Delivers gentle, physiological milking.
Minimizes stress and teat trauma.
Supports uniform milk let-down.
Operates stably under various loads and modes.
Compatible with automatic control systems (e.g., MPC).
MilkRite LE30 pulsators are not equipped with an integrated control board, as they are designed for use in high-tech milking systems; they are programmed and controlled via external pulsation control devices (imilk600 panels, ACRsmart MMV, etc.). LP30 series pulsators feature an integrated PCB and are designed for autonomous operation. The LP30 series is equipped with a built-in programmable pulsation PCB, meaning pulsation can be programmed directly on the device. An external power source is required for operation. Features and Benefits of LE30 and LP30:
Our patented “Servo-Direct” pulsation system enables precise pulsation control.
Pulsators are engineered to minimize vacuum consumption and energy usage, and to improve vacuum stability. Low power consumption reduces the risk of contact oxidation.
In case of milk ingress, the pulsator can be flushed directly with clean water through the pulsation tubes without dismantling.
Fast and simple maintenance: complete service within minutes.
Pneumatic Pulsator L02Air The L02Air is an advanced, new generation of the legendary L02 pulsator. Thanks to the new AirBoost filter, milking efficiency has been improved by 50%. The L02Air ensures uniform, uninterrupted, and precise milking, even under the most challenging operating conditions. The new design allows the milker to clean the air filter with a single swipe of a finger, without removing the cover. Consequently, the L02Air is a vacuum pulsator that requires no additional technical maintenance. Minimal service. Features and Benefits of L02Air:
Enlarged filtering surface area.
Improved performance.
Gentle, uniform milking.
Superior massage phase.
Reliable SUREMATCH connection system and a new ergonomic design.
